Email Confirmations

When you place an order on landlordnewyork.com an order confirmation will be sent to the email you provided during checkout with details and tracking. If you have entered any incorrect information please contact us and we will straighten everything out.

First Time Order Policy

Landlord reserves the right to ship first-time orders only to the cardholder’s verified billing address. We also recommend having someone to sign to ensure a successful first-time delivery for our records.

Shipping

Processing takes 1-3 business days before shipping. We will provide a tracking number with your purchase confirmation email.  Orders placed in the US can only be sent within the US. All other countries billing and shipping addresses must match for a shipment to be processed.

Returns/ Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. International shipments are final. Returned items must be returned in its original condition.  Exchanges can only be made with the same style in a different size. Contact us for an RMA number so we can process your refund as soon as we receive your return.  

Taxes

Orders shipped to New York will be subject to sales tax.
